Membership FAQ.
Freezes are free, cancellation takes a form and 30 days, and late-cancels have a grace. Here's everything spelled out.
Cancel in the app or portal: by 8 p.m. the night before for classes starting before 8 a.m., or 2 hours ahead for everything else. Unlimited members get one grace per calendar month, then a $20 late fee; Limited members and pack holders lose the class. Missed the window? Still cancel — someone on the waitlist wants your spot.
Your classes are available from your billing date until the day before your next one — so a June 10 bill date gives you access June 10 through July 9. They reset each cycle and don't roll over.
Yes — freezes are free, in 30-day increments, up to 90 days per calendar year (more with medical documentation, and up to 10 months for pregnancy, no doctor's note needed). Give us 7 days notice via your studio's freeze form; on term memberships the frozen time is added to the end.
Talk to us first — a different package or a freeze often fits better. Otherwise, submit your studio's cancellation form with 30 days notice (one final payment applies, and you keep access through what you've paid for). Exiting a 12-month term early is $150, waived for moves, military deployment, or medical reasons.
Congratulations! Many members keep practicing with modifications or lower-heat classes — you know your body, and your doctor knows the rest. You can freeze for up to 10 months without a note, downgrade with no change fee, or cancel penalty-free with a doctor's note.
Yes — digital gift cards are available anytime, and they're redeemable in your KPY profile under Billing → Gift Card Redemption. Questions? Call your home studio or text the gift card line.
