A local love story — with three studios' worth of sweat in it.

It starts with Kelsey. (She's the K.)

Kelsey fell in love with a Central Minnesota guy — John, better known around here as Bro Yogi (trademark pending). When they moved back to run a couple of fitness clubs and be near family, Kelsey found herself missing the hot, powerful style of yoga she'd grown to love.

So, as an extension of their Sartell fitness club, they built it: K.Power Yoga, born right next to the Anytime Fitness they own. Hot room, powerful flows, and a bet that Central Minnesota was ready to sweat.

Very early in the story they found another lover of this style of yoga — Meghann. A personal trainer and yoga instructor, she had all the talents to move a room, and it showed. The community grew fast enough that Kelsey and Meghann decided to grow together as partners: a second studio in historic downtown St. Joseph (with our outdoor studio), then a third — our biggest yet — in Rogers.

Today that's three studios, thirty-plus instructors (many of them trained in our own teacher-training programs), retreats from the Driftless Region to the Greek islands, and a lobby conversation that has never once ended on time.
